We got OHIP card renewal based on maintained status document but for my daughter we have not recevied any maintain staus documents since she is US citizen on visitor visa. Service Ontario is asking for the visitor extension doucmnet in order to renew her OHIP card but my attorney has not provided any document for her visitor extension. In the given situation what are the other options available to renew her OHIP card? Thank you in advance.

We're in the same position exactly. Service Ontario asked us to raise an "exception request", with explanation. We did write to them. Yet to hear back. Perhaps we will get the Extension Approval before that..
Could you please explain what is maintain status document as I am also in same situation but service notation denied our Ohip card . My extension is filed by attorney.
