CanadaPermanent Resident1IMP FOR THOSE WHO SEE COPR NUMBER IN TRACKER AND WAITING FOR EMAIL: My tracker got updated with copr document number of May 8th. but i have not got email till date. After seeing a post here, i called IRCC today and after 2 hours of ordeal, i reached an agent. The agent says that they have sent email on May 9th and i have not responded. So i explained that i have not got any email in inbox or spam. Then she said she will a notes to my file which will be seen by some one and they will resend the email. However she said she cant commit on any timeline. So who are all waiting for email after seeing all status completed in tracker and see copr in the tracker, i suggest you not to wait for more than 3 days and contact IRCC. May be some issue with their exchange server didnt send email out.

ya they said they have snet me email on May 9th. but i told i never got it. so last week they made a notes to my case requesting to send email again. as per the call today it might take weeks before they resend again. i am worried what happens if that failed as well
Sanil Patel ya checked, infact i check all folders every 2 hours since the day i saw copr number in tracker.
