Should I mention both the positions seperately and my main duties under it or just mention all the positions and responsibilities under it.

Both separately. Even if the responsibilities are largely same. Do that. I was asked to refurnish Work ex cz I did the same thing. Designations together and roles just under it. It confuses them.
