I have applied for my child’s (4 year old) study permit and got refusal yesterday although both his parents me (open work permit) and my wife (study permit) are in Canada. So my question is, is it ok to apply for a visit visa for my 4 year old son instead of study permit?

For children less than 5 years,u only get visitor visa,only +5 can apply study permit.
