I am planning to apply for dependent visa and also we are yet to enter in the express entry pool for PR (CRS score 469).My concern is whether it will be a problem to justify my spousal visa if we enter to pool for PR. If their anyone who can address my query it will be of great help to me. ? Also, if we should go ahead with both, how would you advise us to go ahead.

Having an EE profile is different from a PR application. As long as you haven’t received an ITA and submitted your PR application, you have no issues in proceeding with any other form of immigration (including a SOWP)
