My brother in law told he will help me with his savings by giving it to me and signing a gift deed. We were intending to do this after we received the invitation. Now my consultant says we have to show 3 months statement before the invitation date, even for gift deed. Is this true ? If I do the gift deed in next 1-2 weeks, my application deadline is 6th Dec 2020. Won’t they accept ? Can I call sask immigration and check directly about this ?

For SINP the age of pof need to be atleast 3 months.. Even single day is lesser and think about the rejection..They are very strict on this matter
