Today i got a refusal letter which I attached below. I don't understand the reason as I was a full time student and my study permit is valid until april 30, 2023. Kindly suggest to me what I should do??

Did you get submit a statement from the college that clearly stated that the student is considered full-time for the entire duration of the program, despite the 4-month gap in the middle.
If u mean maintaining full time student means successful completion of all the semesters as a full time student; so yes I did that
