First OINP journey: I filed an EOI on 5th June 2013, under Employer Job offer - Foreign worker category Received invitation on 20th June 2023 Submitted my application on 1st July 2023 Got additional document request on 2nd of December On 10th of December , I submitted 2 documents and explanations for other two I couldn’t produce. Moved to decision in progress next day. I’m waiting anxiously since I couldn’t provide all the documents requested , will this impact the decision ? Meanwhile I received NOI from OINP under STEM category recently . I have 15-20 more days to respond. Knowing my previous application has 50-50% chance , should I go with the second ? Can someone advise ?

Akash Nani thank you, I already waited too long for the first one, if the result turns out to be refusal because of lack of documents , I don’t want to have wasted my second NOI. Can I proceed with second one while first one is in progress ?
If you submitted the doucuments they asked they will make decsion based on the information they have For one they asked you need to clearly explain why you are not able to provide so that they either give approve or refusal it’s up to them
Akash Nani hey if u applied completely for for oinp foreign worker stream and u got hcp later. is thst ok to withdraw the previous application and apply for hcp. any consequences?
Akash Nani logically I belong to STEM and I hold a job offer , should not they approve the first one ? because I will anyway be approved through STEM?
Gokila Selvam you can withdraw first one but your fees will be not be refunded
