Her course is for 2 years and she has applied for Fall inake, 2022 but her passport expires midway (around September 2023) during the course year and she has to renew her passport there. The thing is that in her VISA SOP she hasn't mentioned that her passport will be expiring by September 2023 and now she's afraid that her SDS VISA might get rejected as she hasn't mentioned this important issue regarding her passport expiry. Will her application be rejected due to this issue or will she get a study permit for 1 year as per her passport's expiry date (around September 2023) ?

I don't think so his visa would be rejected beacuse she didn't inform the IRCC about the passport expiry date in the sop. He should renew his passport and inform the IRCC through webform.
