The best way to determine is to practice sample papers and then asses which is best for you. If you want to attempt CELPIP sample papers, two celpip papers are available on celpip website.

Celpip is kind of easy but lots of test parts in each section. Try IELTS as we use to the format. If you are in Manitoba take IELTS with idp.
