The reason was that my fixed deposit covering letter didnt mention that the fd is encashable. However, got approved in the second time. I have mentioned the same in my pr applicationa nd also attached the refusal letter issued by UKBA. Given the refusal letter itself, how much time my ppr will be delayed as most of the April 8 amd 9 ones are getting their PPRs?. My refusal letter clearly mentions the reason for visa refusal. Will IRCC take much longer to dig in to my security checks? Thank you all in advance.

I don't think that it will change your processing time. Especially when you explained everything. But I also think there's unfortunately no insight in the time line, just because some people got their PPR already.
