At this situation, what if i move to Canada (I have a valid TRV) and inform IRCC that I'm inside Canada? Will I be eligible for eCOPR? Or I would still need to come to my home country to stamp my PP?

If you are inside Canada and receive RFV or PPR then you can raise a webform informing IRCC that you are inside Canada and request for virtual landing.

Once you get eCOPR, your TRV becomes invalid. Plan accordingly.
