Hi everyone. I would like to know the answer to my situation. I got the ITA last month. On this June 2nd, my second year work exp. finished but my CRS score was already updated before a month in system due to which I got the ITA. My current CRS is 503 which includes the second year work experience. Now, even if I had just one year work exp. my CRS would be still 490 and I would have still received the ITA any way last month. For my first year, I gained continuous work experience. The thing is I went to India on an unpaid leave last December to January this year to visit my family. Now, I was still employed during that time and I just resumed my work once I came back to Canada. Would that affect specifically my second year work exp. for which I’m claiming the points? My employment letter clearly mentions already that I work for minimum 40 hrs a week. Should I submit the application along

That’s ok. Even if you discount the 1 month in India you still have valid 1 year experience leading up to your ITA. Make sure you add an LOE explaining this very clearly with all the dates.

In my point of view there is no issue if the vacation was paid. I think IRCC considers paid leaves.
