She is seeking US PCC for her Canada PR, and sent her fingerprint card for verification to FBI . Canada Post confirmed that the mail was received last Friday. But till now the FBI identity history status shows that application is incomplete and finger print card is missing. Did anyone face this issue? Or is there a helpline where we can reach out to FBI.

My package was delivered on December 26th, but no updates so far. Upon contacting them, they told us that it's currently taking 15 days from the date of delivery. You can also call them to confirm this, and let us know if you hear something else.
