Hi all, I have a doubt. I see the recent draws are under "provincial nominee program". Can someone explain how to apply in this stream? Is it like apply to PNP, get the nomination and then proceed via paper process? Please help me on this I'm confused as I'm new to these process. Thanks in advance.
