CanadaExpress Entry1#Help_Post Hello good people! I landed in Calgary on 15th September. My port of entry was Montreal. At the immigration the officer didn’t ask for any address for sending my PR card. I told her several times that I have a valid address at Calgary but she refused to hear. Rather she provided me with a paper where there is link for changing address and she told me to change my address entering into the link. Now the link isn’t working and it shows that we are unable to process your application. What should I do ??? Really in trouble. Need your help . I have not used link but if in the link, use birth place as mentioned in GCMS, it will help to find the application. Still not able to do it, call IRCC helpline and use PR card option. You will get connected with agent in short time and inform them to … See more
I landed in the same week as you. Also have excatly the same issue in Montreal airport!! Even though I insisted to start the PR card processing, the CBSA officer just gave that address. Maybe this week will go to Calgary airport to check out on what to do.
