Hello, Yesterday I received a mail from IRCC saying my EE application is rejected on the grounds that my Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) that did not cover the entire period of my stay in India. In my PCC issued in my hometown, it covers my stay in my hometown but not my stay of 5 years in another city of India. I was suppose to get a PCC for that as well but due to my oversight, I did not. I wanted to ask that my application was outrightly rejected without any notice or initimation to ask for the missing information/doc. Is there any way that I can ask IRCC to reconsider their decision as I can provide the missing information in the PCC?

Police Clearance Certificates for Express Entry — is a PCC city-specific or country-specific?
Unfortunately IRCC has the right to reject the application on this grounds. You have to get all the right documents and re-apply..
PCC doesn't mention the address or duration of stay in any particular city. For one country, one PCC should suffice.
Are you sure its pcc and not pvc(police verification certificate) you provided to ircc?
Aryan Maan From Ludhiana and yes applied PCC for immigration purpose.
PCC is common throughout India if you get it from passport office.
PCC is not city specific, it's country specific.
U need to go back to the pool and wait for ITA.
