CanadaExpress Entry1Hello Members, I have received the ITA from NLPNP on Dec 10, 21 and got the upfront medical done on Jan 12, 22 but due to some reason my express Entry profile got canceled/ineligible, However I have received ITA on Mar 30, 22 again and I did mentioned the previous EE profile number and UCI number of my older profile in the new express entry profile. 1. Would like to know the process how to connect the previous medical to my new EE profile. 2. Can I upload the e-medical acknowledgement receipt which was completed earlier in the new EE profile.

Thankyou Kavya Deshpande sir, and do I need to raise web form for requesting to connect the e-medial from old profile to new profile post submitting the profile or do I need to explain in the LOE while submitting the application.

Sonam Verma no LOE and no other action require. Just upload that medical sheet in your new application
Upload the same medicals that you had completed earlier in your new application.
