There was again the Tech draw of PNP ontario on 18th, May. But, I didn't get NOI even though I was meeting all criteria. So, what could be the reason that I didn't get NOI for 18th May. -Thank you

Because you refuse to reject/decline the previous NOI. Your inaction on the 23rd March NOI caused it. You might need to contact OINP or create a new profile to get future NOI
They might not invite you again even meeting the criteria. Read the NOI is written there. Not taking action after NOI can be painful
I got NOI for Ontario 6 years after I was invited the first time.
