Hello everyone… Please advise me I have applied study visa for may intake but due to delay in visa i have deferred to jan 2023 intake but agent has applied for september 2022 intake and today we got email from college that they can’t provide me seat for September as seat got filled and they can provide me for next intake If is it so then do they deduct money from fee as they didn’t mention anything or we have to pay application fee only. Thanks in advance
