For PEI/@Anjali is Job Offer Mandatory for EOI? Can someone advise.

@Shreya thanks but for EOI job offer you need EE profile for which CLB 7 or FSW 67 is mandatory which I am lacking. Most of the PNP needs Job offer as prerequisite and employers are not ready to sponsor work permit because of LMIA cost

There is an EOI without job offer for PEI. But when I speak to the office of immigration, they will give preference for those who already living in PEI.

Can you please share EOI link for PEI without job offer
