- Proactively inform the provincial program (SINP in this case) about the EE profile expiry, along with proof of the expiry, and request that they link your existing EOI/nomination to the new profile.
The key point: don't assume the province will automatically detect a new profile number — reach out directly so your provincial nomination file stays linked to the correct, active Express Entry profile.
