If you need to send a duplicate copy of your Comparative Education Service (CES) Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP):
- Email CES directly and ask them to authorize a duplicate copy of your report to be sent to OINP. Unlike some other evaluation services, this process isn't clearly laid out on the CES website, so contacting them by email is the most reliable route.
- Wait for their confirmation. Once CES confirms the duplicate has been authorized/sent, forward that confirmation email to OINP as proof.
- Note the difference from WES. With World Education Services (WES), the process is more self-serve — you can simply order a duplicate copy addressed directly to the recipient organization through their website. CES doesn't appear to offer the same straightforward online option, so plan for extra email back-and-forth.
- Keep copies of all correspondence with CES in case OINP asks for evidence of when and how the duplicate was requested.
