I believe Visa is a travel authority, while a Student permit, which you will get at the border immigration, is an authorization to study in Canada. There are chances that the student permit will be valid until Sept 2024 if you highlight it at the immig… See more
Tell the CBSA officer that your course duration is 2 years and they'll probably give you study permit until Sept 2024 and then, you can apply for TRV based on that study permit when your visa is about to expire.
