CanadaStudy Permit1Urgent!!!! Hello everyone, While I was trying to submit my study permit application and paying its fees using a credit card, I got a "transaction declined" error message thrice. I know the credit card details are correct and international usage is allowed in it. Not sure why it was declined again and again. Saw the same questions in many forums. Anyone faced a similar situation. Also when I try to log in again, I couldn't see the "Continue Application" under the Action Option. Tried in different browsers too. Does anyone know whether is deactivated for some time like that. Please help me on this

Arman Haryana I tried with three HDFC cards matching all the criteria. It is working in other international transactions. But It didn't work in GC Key. Then I tried with an ICICI credit card. It worked. I was able to submit it yesterday. Thanks all for your help.
