CanadaCanadian Experience Class1URGENT!! All, I had applied for PR as an inland applicant under CEC. I recently moved out of Canada to another country as my employer offered me a position there. However, I've now received an email from IRCC confirming that my PR application is about to be finalized and it's asking me to confirm that I am in Canada. I am not able to travel back as my TRV has now expired. Has anyone been through a similar situation? How can I proceed with obtaining my PR? Can someone please guide on the next steps? TIA

Nadeem Pathan I replied to their email with details of me and accompanying spouse. I told them that I am outside canada and would like a passport request for both as my TRV is expired. But today, I recieved another email with PR Portal login details. I am not sure what to do now!😔

Mae Gaya I am not sure .. but they only reason for portal 1 email , I believe, is to decide your further process, weather they need to issue your ecopr if you are in canada or they need to give you visa and copr to enter into canada. Just call IRCC and double check
You can reply to that email and mention that you are not in Canada and also mention when you are planning back to come to Canada. They will ask you for passport and put visa on it for your landing process
Nadeem Pathan Thanks for your response. Did you have a similar situation? I've seen cases where IRCC won't respond to your email until you are back in Canada. Can you advise what to do then?
Mae Gaya they are supposed to let you know further steps. My friend is in a similar situation right now.
