There is a weird situation, my wife got admission in UBC in MED administration and Leadership. We applied for Visa under SDS submitted 20k GIC with Rs.40 lac worth of bank statements for 1.5 years in addition to that. Visa got approved for the wife! Got rejected for a 1 year old toddler, 7 year old kid and SOWP for the spouse. Now what options do we have as mother can’t leave a one year old behind and can’t go alone as who will manage the kids when she is studying. Should go for reapplication, reconsideration or Judicial review ? Pls guide, has this happened to someone else ? What are the options should the wife who was the main applicant send the passport ? She will not leave the child behind and go ?
