CanadaWork Permit1THE MATTER IS URGENT. Hi, I applied for my PGWP along with a spouse visa for my husband on March 08 2023. His IEC expired on April 25 2023 but since there was an application for OWP, he was allowed to stay in Canada until 6 July or until a decision was made. Today he was denied a OWP. What should be our next steps? I am trying to fill IMM5708 but I cannot seem to find a way to submit the form. Please help us. REQUEST: can a immigration lawyer/advisor get in touch with me.

This is some strange situation.IMM5708 is to extend the stay that you need either study permit valid or open work permit .better approach some consultant .you need to restore your status first
The letter says that we have to go for the "application for restoration" which is the IMM5708 form but where do we submit it? That's the biggest challenge.
You may be able to restore status in case you find a way to extend the stay.
