Shaheer Ali somehow you're right but they can tell you more than tracker for sure, let me give you one example tracker ll tell you background in progress or completed but do you know background has 3 components 1. Info sharing 2. Criminality 3. Security these individual components you won't be able to see in tracker but an agent will confirm which one out of these is in progress or completed. In your case technically all 3 should be completed for
