Does this mean that people with expired COPR (issued before March 18th) can travel? You had suggested that a new issued COPR would have a date after March 18th and so would not meet travel requirements?
In case of expired COPR what if we do not plan to travel this year and wait for the situation to get better. Will they consider our extention?
