Reposting as never received a response earlier! Please help. Topic: Restoration of Status My SOWP extension got refused and hence my status expired. I now have 90 days to restore my status. However, while fining the form, I am confused about the answers to the below questions: Have you ever remained beyond the validity of your status, attended school without authorization or worked without authorization in Canada? YES or NO While I am currently out of status but I have never studied or worked when I am not out of status. Hence, it should be YES for the first part but NO for the other parts of the question. Please help. 2. Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory? YES or NO This is the first time the visa has been refused but this was an extension. Hence not sure if should it be YES or NO. Please help. Kubeir K
