Regarding travel history after ITA I traveled an Europe trip from 31/1/2017 to 11/2/2017 and i entered many cities in Europe Paris, Milano and Barcelona then back to my country but in my passport i have only stamps entering paris and leaving Barcelona, nothing about Milano so what should i write in this question Has X taken any trips outside the country ? From ? To ? And country of visit ?

Many countries nowadays do not use stamps anymore so it's not important anymore. Simply declare all the countries you have traveled to with the date of each country.
