I am now working on getting PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) from India. I have around 29 days remaining in the ITA. I have some questions about this process. Should I go with VFS or BLS? There is also an option through the Passport Seva website. But it asks to schedule an appointment & arrive with documents. For BLS, I am confused which portal I'm supposed to use, and if I can use BLs at all. BLS Toronto jurisdiction says it can be used only by Toronto residents. Does that mean BLS is not an option for US residents? If PCC doesn't arrive in time, are there other standby alternatives? Any help & advice is appreciated. Thank you!

I got mine in 30 days if you need to submit your profile earlier than that then write a LOE that you have applied for PCC along with the proof and submit the PCC via webform
First you’ll need to do request it on passport seva website. Then with that ARN number, you should schedule an appt with VFS, or send the reqd docs to VFS.
