Will they be eligible for OINP Human capital stream tech draw under NOC Code 21221? My question is from the perspective of education qualification for the said NOC code.

Neha ShA degree in business & related field should be fine. Infact, the profession has listed a degree in business as a requirement. I dont know why this noc has been put in tech draw, bcoz it is not that core tech at all!
As far as I know, the BA profession is not listed in the priority stream for OINP tech draws
