Does it have any advantage of applying through Ontario provisional nominee program over those who has applied only though express entry.? Or it will make no difference on onataio selection criteria.? PS : Reason choosing OINP is because according to me this NOC has demand only in Ontario. Expert opinions are welcomed.

If you have express entry profile, Ontario will invite you if they need you

You cannot apply for OINP unless you're invited to apply.
