Query! Please help.. I am leaving my current company as I got study visa for canada. I was provided my experience certificate in typical format as per company policy. Then, I reqested to the company for changing the format of letter to my desired format which includes my designation and roles and responsibility in detail. Company is agreeing me to provide me only scanned copy of reformatted letter on their letter head and denying to provide the physical copy of changed format to me. They are arguing that they will be keeping orignal copy of same reformatted letter by themselves as It is outside of the company policy. Will there be any problem in future for PR filling process to claim foreign experience? I am having only scanned copy of experience letter. I have payslips and PF statement though. Please help!
