So, next, outside of Express Entry; I believe the best stream is OINP (Employer Job Offer: FWS), get province nomination points and use those points to increase my overall score. So, is my assumption correct? And, what is that score to get a notification of interest? Looking forward for your suggestions.

What’s your NOC ? One of my cousins who had 0 points for age got invitation & PR under Skilled Trades Draw at 442 points
that different atream you want to look at human capital stream for 600 point in EE
Invitation under CEC for skilled Trades and having his Red Seal COQ
OINP ejo fws isn't even an EE stream. You won't get 600 points.
