Bank won't issue a Proof of Funds letter in the required format — what to submit instead

If they don't provide it, ask them for the last 6 months bank statements and Balance Confirmation Letter. Explain in LOE as per Bank's policy they don't provide pof in specific format and explain to them what you have provided instead of that. That will be it.
