My highest level of education is a Master's degree, and I have only done ECA of Master's degree by IQAS. I am confused. Is it acceptable to submit only my master's degree ECA along with IELTS, master's and bachelor's credentials for EE after the ITA?

If you do it through WES they will require both the degrees.There is some exception you can read on their website

If you have more than one degree, you may include it all for ECA because of no additional charge.
