My subway restaurant owner offered me LMIA with no extra cost and have to work their for one and half year. On the other hand I have job offer in my field(IT), pay is not an issue quite same in both. But I am confused which one I should take? I checked crs(expected) score with good IELTS score, it was 459 something after one year of experience in canada and approx 472 after two years. So can anyone suggest which one I should go for?

Make a written agreement, and involve lawyer do not believe in fake promises, he can deny you last time and you will not have other options
If your institution was in Ontario, you can try to international student job offer program. That will be helpful in getting the PNP
