Please advice.. Can someone apply for a Post Graduate Certificate course whose profile is as follows. 1. Bachelor's degree completed 8 years back 2. Work experience - 7+ years (Banking) 3. IELTS - 7.5 4. AGE - 33 years old 5. Has an active EE profile 6. Has a sibling living in Canada 7. Selected course - Financial Planning and Wealth Management (2 years)- Lambton College Cannot afford a Masters at the moment. Is there a possibility of visa get rejected?

There is always a chance of visa rejection. In your case since a sibling lives in Canada there could be rejection or if you could not explain why you want to study now and how it will be beneficial for you back in your home country
