Guna Deepak No, you are not missing anything. You are right. CLB 9 in the Writing module starts at 88. Screenshot of the official PTE CLB scoring chart from IRCC's website is attached.
Guna Deepak The maximum score is 90. The + sign seems to be a technical glitch from IRCC (which is also an indication that everything is normal in IRCC 😜😜).
Mujtaba Khan Mine is PTE Academic. So any CLB level does not apply to my scores.
