#passportrenewal #minorapplicant Hi I'm a permanent resident of Canada and my husband has not accompanied me so he's in India. Now my child who is a minor, his passport is expiring so I want to renew it. I took an appointment at BLS and I went there with all the required documents such as annexure D,E but they asked for Original Notary attested NOC by my husband . Can anybody share the sample or is there any alternative? He's in laddakh right now and will take time to come back and go to court for this. Kindly suggest. Thank you

It's no objection Certificate from your husband has to be done in India infront of Notery, and then he send it to you by courier, that's only way.

Not a direct answer to your question, but online notarization is accepted in Ontario. Check if BLS are OK with such a document.
