CanadaExpress Entry1one query if someone can respond pls in a situation when someone got an ITA while in India and got PCC done in India but landed in Canada and submitted ITA documents while in Canada only after 10 days of arrival. Will the person require PCC from Canada mandatorily. If yes where is it mentioned and can it become reason of rejection. Anyone encountered such situation where in rejection was given on the basis of PCC from India. If this happens new application again waiting for CRS score cut off to be done as federal appeal can be a long process. then how does 6 month validity of PCC aspect stands. Thanks to help and clarify.

If you were in Canada on a tourist visa for less than 6 months, there is nothing to be worried about and if not, sadly they may reject it straight away.
Submit documents and attach LOE. Otherwise just initiate PCC via BLS and upload the receipt with LOE. Once you get new PCC, upload it via webform.
You will not get straight forward rejection. IRCC may ask new pcc
