Well i still doubt. The wordings are distance education. Distance doesn’t implicitly detail to online. Please confirm with agents who might have applied through this process.
Hetish Singh dude, old directives never changed. It was never counted in crs and that has remained. Same thing IRCC has said in the tweets "No change in policy"
You may be but this keeps on popping up time and again. Unless an official circular says that it isnt counted the older directives dont change overnight
This is a November 2020 article and feed. There have been numerous changes and rulings vis-a-vis the CRS And PGWP requirements.
