I tried 3 time but not able to get success in ielts So i want to proceed my file under non SDS So what are the visa chance for my profile?? Or Should I reconsider to take ielts exam again Please give me your best suggestion.

Attended an IRCC Webinar in New Delhi Embassy. The visa officer said that she doesn't approves people who get below 6 in any part.
