My CRS score is 430, Engineering Manager (NOC 0211) and Electrical and Electronics Engineers (NOC 2133). Do I go for the Masters in Electrical Engineering as I have received the LOA from Memorial University of Newfoundland or go for the immigration? The only concern is that, I don't want to live without family during the study but don't have adequate funds to bear the expenses of family with study. In case of immigration, what are the suitable options PNP/Express Entry?

If you have well settle job why you need to leave it. Go for pnp with good Ielts prep and score may be you can get PNP invite
For PNP, noc should be in demand and not sure whether these NOC's get the ITA in the near future or not.
