Need expert opinions regarding choosing study program. I have done Masters(18years of education) and B.Ed two years, teaching experience of 7 years as lecturer in university, and before that 5 years experience as college teacher/instructor. my application for FSW was rejected in 2016 due to job description mismatch. Now I want to choose study path.. should I opt for PhD or M.Ed? Which university/province? *Getting acceptence from PhD supervisor is hard.

Btw your case will be a case of dual intent.You will have to convince the Visa officer that you will be back to your home country after your education. So prepare your SOP carefully. All the best
