Apply for GCMS notes (aka ATIP notes) which explains the cause of refusal. Re-apply and address the officer's concern in the SOP. SOP plays crucial role here.
You already have 4 years of work exp in logistics..immigration will be like why you taking supply chain and logisitics again ..hence the refusal
