CanadaStudy Permit1My study permit application was refused earlier(see link below). I'm planning to reapply. My previous application was filed by a visa consultant but this time I want to file it myself or through another consultant. Can this be a problem? I don't have the login info of my application portal, the previous consultant claimed they were registered with CICC and applied through the agent portal. I don't know if this is true. I do have all my documents, UCI number, and gcms notes. (
